水稻葉色與葉片全氮濃度之品種間差異

摘要


秈稉稻各十五個品種於本所試驗田在自然的環境下一、二期作進行試驗。由試驗結果得知秈稉稻之間或秈稉稻各品種間之葉色或全氮濃度皆達1%水準的顯著性差異。 稉稻於兩期作各生育時期(孕穗期、抽穗期、抽穗後十天及抽穗後二十天)之葉片全氮濃度與葉色值之相關係數皆比秈稻大。又秈稉稻皆於孕穗期時之相關係數最大,抽穗後相關係數則急速的下降,這可能與抽穗後葉片黃化或老化有關。故若以葉色測定水稻葉片含氮濃度,應於孕穗期或抽穗期較爲適當。但秈稉稻三十個品種有部份品種如臺中秈10號、豐錦等,其葉片全氮濃度與葉色值不成比例的增減。

Fifteen Japonica and 15 Indica varieties were grown under natural conditions at the experimental field of Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute in Wu-feng, Taichung, for investigating their leaf colors and nitrogen contents in leaf blades at 4 stages, i. e. booting, heading, 10 and 20 DAH (days affer heading). The degrees of leaf color and nitrogen contents in leaf blades of 30 rice varieties were all significant at 1% level in both crop seasons in both Japonica and Indica type rices. The highly positive correlations between the leaf color and nitrogen content in leaf blades were found at all stage except 20 DAH. The correlation coefficients in the Japonica varieties were higher than those in Indica varieties at all four stages. The booting stage showed the highest positive correlation coefficient, which rapidly decreased after heading. No significant differences in correlation coefficient were found in Indica varieties on the 20th day after heading in both crop seasons. It may be due to the yellowing of the leaf or senescence. According to this results, it seems that the leaf color determination is useful to estimate the nitrogen content in leaf blades or to diagnose tne nutrition status of rice plants. Although in some varieties such as Toyonishiki and Taichung sen no. 10, the leaf color did not correspond well with the nitrogen content in the leaf blades.
