臺灣南部瓜實蠅之田間生態與誘殺研究

Field Studies on Melon Fly (Dacus cucurbitae) and Attractant Experiment in Southern Taiwan

摘要


於民國72年7月至73年6月,在本省南部進行瓜實蠅之不同作物棲羣調查,結果以竹林園最高,全年度共誘殺到4,757隻,其次爲檬果園及蓮霧園,而以番石榴園最低,僅1,214隻。年出現兩個高峰期,第一高峰期出現於8~10月,第二個高峰期5~6月。各種瓜果受害情形,因不同季節、地點而異,被害率以胡瓜(17.01%)最重,絲瓜(15.65%)次之,苦瓜(9.78%)和香瓜(7.55%)再次之,西瓜(4.02%)和南瓜(3.02%)較少,扁蒲(1.55%)最少。引誘劑試驗以Cuelure+DDVP(20:1)效果最佳,Isalon+DDVP(20:1)次之,持續力分劉爲45日及35日,有效高峰期均在12~16日之間。

The population density of melon fly (Dacus cucurbitae Coquillett) was carried out in southern Taiwan from July 1983 to June 1984. Result indicated that bamboo field was the highest, mango and waxapple field were the second ones, and guava field was the last one. It appeared to have two peaks, the first major peak appeared from August to October, the second major peak appeared from May to June. The degrees of cucurbits damaged by melon fly in southern Taiwan orderly as follow are cucumber (damage rate 17.01%), vegetable sponge (15.65%), balasm pear (9.78%), muskmelon (7.55%), watermelon (4.02%), pumpkin (3.02%), and calabash gourd (1.55%). Four attrac'tants were tested for this fly in field. Resulted indicated Cuelure+DDVP (20: 1) and Jsalon+DDVP (20: 1) showed the more effective in attracting this fly, 45 and 35 day's persistant effect, respectively, and more effective peak stage was between 12 and 16 days.
