加工番石榴整枝方法

The Effect of Different Training Methods on Yield of Processing Guava.

摘要


加工番石榴栽培爲抑制枝梢過度生長,增進結果及維持較低著果部位,比較三種整枝方法對番石榴果樹及產量之影響。三種整枝方法爲屈株法、開心法、摘心法,並以放任不整枝爲對照。植株樹齡分幼年樹及成年樹兩種。經兩年調查結果,三種方法中以屈株法效果最佳。屈株法幼年同其產量每株平均達21.43公斤,平均果重爲184.07公克,而對照區其產量僅爲7.10公斤,平均果重僅111.66公克。成年樹屈株法其每株平均產量高達70.84公斤,平均果重也達114.37公克;對照區其產量僅66.57公斥,平均呆重因結果數多,果實變小僅達75.23公克,各處理間差異顯著。而屈株法整枝於主幹之新梢上,著果可維持較低部位,操作管理方便。此法也適合生食用品種利用。

In order to inhibit overgrowth of processing guava shoots, enhance fruit production and lower fruit set, 3 kinds of training methods had been used for comparing above characteristics and guava production also observed at same time. Three methods listed as: branch bending method, center open method, pinching method and check (no treat ment). Guava trees growing in the orchard were divided into 2 groups: adult trees (4-5 year old) and young trees (2 year old). During 2 years observation and came to the conclusion that the best training method was branch bending method. The total production and ave. fruit weight of young guava tree were 21.43kg and 184.07g, however, check were 7.10kg and 111.66g, respectively. Adult guava tree which fruit production and ave. fruit weight were 70.84kg and 114.37g, significantly heavier than check treatment check treatment were only 66.57kg and 75.23g respectively. Three training methods had a significant difference in their total production and average of fruit weight. The advantage of branch bending method was while pruning new shoots of main branch could lower fruit set and facilitate guava orchard management. This method used for guava tree which for fresh eating also got good result.
