溫室洋香瓜水耕之養分吸收研究

Studies on Nutrient Uptake of Greenhouse Muskmelon (Cucumis melo L.) by Hydroponics

摘要


溫室洋香瓜(Cucumis melo L.)以浮根式水耕行減水量及吸收成分濃度之變化調查,結果顯示溫室洋香瓜之生育時期依養液之吸收量可分爲授粉前之營養生長期、授粉小果期、果實肥大期和果實成熟期四個階段。養液之吸收量以果實肥大期最多,其次爲果實成熟期、授粉小果期,而以營養生長期最少。其硝酸態氮、磷、鉀、鈣、鎂的養分吸收濃度,春作分別爲13.98、4、5.33、2.26、3.98me/l,夏作分別爲15.09、4、135、6.B9、4.26me/1。夏作較春作吸收較高濃度的硝酸態氮和鉀,而吸收較低濃度的鈣。生長期別的要素吸收濃度,則以授粉小果期最高,營養生長期最低。

The experiment was conducted to study the quantity of water removal and concentration change of absorbed nutrient on the growth of greenhouse muskmelon by floating hydroponics. Based on the quantity of water removal, the development of greenhouse muskmelon can be divided into four stages, namely, vegetative growth stage, pollinated young fruit stage, fruit enlargement stage and fruit ripening stage. Quantity of water removal was recorded the highest in the fruit enlargement stage. The pollinated young fruit stage and the fruit ripening stage were in the second place and the vegetative growth stage was the lowest. The concentration of uptaked NO3-N, P, K, Ca and Mg were 13.98, 4, 5.33, 7.26 3.98 me/l and 15.09, 4, 7.35, 6.59, 4.26me/l, respectively, for both in spring and summer growing season. Summer crop uptaked higher concentration of NO3-N and K than spring crop, but lower in Ca. The highest concentration of nutrient uptake was recorded in the pollinated young fruit stage and the lowest in the vegetative growth stage.
