山葵種原鑑定與農藝特性觀察

Germplasm Identification and Characteristics Observation among Different Wasabi Varieties (Wasabia japonica Matsum)

摘要


本年度新蒐集二品系,與原來蒐集保存的共計5品種(系)。經種植觀察,發現從日本引進之79-1-1(信玄)品系與新選79-S-1品系之地上部產量較高;單株平均根莖重量則以70-I-1及本地種較高,但品種間各主要農藝性狀之比較,經變方分析之差異均不顯著。種原之鑑定結果如下,利用可溶性蛋白質之電泳分析結果,僅發現79-S-1及本地種條帶不同,其他品種間難以分辨。利用過氧化醜鑑定時,則五個品種系間之條帶圖譜均有明顯差異存在。

Experiments were conducted with the aim to compare the agronomic characteristics of two new wasabi lines, i.e. 79-S-1 and 79-I- with three cultured varieties, i.e. Tainung NO. 1,70-I-1 and Local cultivar. Electrophoresis methods of soluble protein and peroxidase were used for varietal identification. Experimental data showed that the aboveground weight of the two tested lines was higher than that of three check varieties. However, no significant difference was found in rhizome yield per plant among them. Electrophoresis analysis indicated that peroxidase, rather than soluble protein, may be used as an indicator to verify difference among these wasabi lines/varieties.
