雞糞-鋸木屑堆肥微生物相變化之研究

摘要


雞糞-鋸木屑堆肥的微生物族群因堆肥日漸完熟而有逐漸減少的趨勢。新社不加米糠的雞糞-鋸木屑堆肥中,無論是高溫或常溫溶磷菌,以鋸木屑:雞糞混合比例16:8的處理為最少,但會有因混合材料的碳氮比值的升高而有增加的現象。反之,在中埔添加米糠的雞糞-鋸木屑堆肥中,無論是高溫或常溫性溶磷菌均以鋸木屑:雞糞混合比例16:8的處理為最高,且因著混合材料的碳氮比值的升高而有減少的現象。在新社堆肥場所製作之堆肥,其固氮菌總數因堆肥日趨成熟而逐漸減少:但在中埔的雞糞堆肥卻有日漸增加的現象。雞糞-鋸木屑的添加與混合比例會影響固氮菌的族群數量。此外,就整體來說,添加米糠於堆肥製作材料中,可促進溶磷菌或固氮菌的族群數;但就堆肥成分而言,米糠的添加對堆肥的全磷或全氮並沒有增加的效果。

Microbial population decreases as compost reach to mature. In compost made at Shinser farm and not amended with rice bran, population of mesophilic and thermophilic phosphate-dissolving bacteria (PD) is positively correlated with C/N ratio. However, if compost material mixed with rice bran, both populations increase as C/N ratio decline. The population of free-living nitrogen-fixing bacteria (NF) in the compot of Shinser declined as compost approached maturity. In contrast, the compost of Chunpu farm, NF population increase as compost mature. The population of NF was influenced by the quantity of chicken feces added as composting material. Generally, the addition of rice bran into the production of compost could enhance the populations of PD and NF; nevertheless, the effect of rice bran was negative to the composition of total nitrogen and total phosphorus.
