電阻式稻穀水份計性能之檢測

Performance of the Resistance Moisture Meters for Rough Rice

摘要


本研究利用烤箱量測所得之量測值為標準值,用以比較國內最常使用之四型稻毅電阻式水份計量測性能,並比較四個不同品種對水份計性能之影響。利用統計量中誤差值與變異數以決定水份計之適用範圍。藉量測值與標準值之關係建立最佳校正方程式以改良量測性能。研究結果顯示電阻式水份計之適用量測範圍僅限於含水率22%以下。本研究亦探討品種、機具與收穫年期對於量測性能之量化影響。

The four types of resistance moisture meters most commonly used in Taiwan were used to measure the moisture contents of four different varieties of rough rice and compared the results determinated by the air-oven method. The statisics of measured errors and variances are adopted as the criteria to determine the proper measuring ranges of these meters. The best regression equation obtained from the relationship between measured values and standard values by air-oven method was selected to improve the performance of resistance moisture methers. The results of this study indicated that the performance of resistive-type meters could only be valid at the moisture content bellow 22%. The quantitative effect of grain vareities, units and different harvested years had been established.
