臺灣金線連花期調節與授粉之研究

Studies on Flowering Adjustment and Pollination of Anoectochilus formosanus Hayata

摘要


將原栽培於恆溫21℃、光照14小時環境下之20棵臺灣金線連供試植株,移植到日/夜溫25/20℃、光照16hr及光強度3,000 lux之植物生長箱中,經過二個月後,再調整為日/夜溫21/16℃、光照14hr,光強度不變之栽培環境,約經五個月後,除1株因感染病原菌死亡外,其餘19株全部完成花芽分化,抽苔率為100%;在室溫栽培下之另一組植株,雖經相同生育日數,然而此時莖頂卻尚未有抽苔的現象:顯示適當提高溫度並配合長光照處理,似有促進臺灣金線連提早花芽分化的趨勢。另以臺灣金線連不同成熟度之花朶,進行人工自花授粉結莢率及種子播種萌芽率之研究,結果顯示,臺灣金線連之授粉,在花朶全開前1天至全開後10天以內進行較適合,而最佳授粉期為花朶全開後2~7天,此時授粉之結莢率可達75~85%,此種果莢之種子播種60天後,有37.6~40.5%之萌芽率;非此時期授粉者,其萌芽率僅有16.3~20.1%。以不同成熟度之花粉與雌蕊,進行人工異株異花授粉,結果也顯示,花朶全開後第2~7天進行授粉最為合適,結莢率為66.7~86.7%。

Eighteen-month-old plants of Anoectochilus formosanns Hayata were grown for 2 months under controlled environment of 25/20℃ (day/night temperature), 16hr daylength, and 3,000 lux light intensity. The plants were then cultivated at 21/16℃ and 14hr daylength with the same light intensity for 5 additional months. All the tested plants had completed flowe bud differentiation with apparent bolting at the end of treatment. Those plants grown continuously for 7 months under shaded indoor condition with temperature ranging from 15.9 to 25.6℃ and light intensity of 500-3500 lu showed lower percentage of flowe bud initiation and bolting. It is suggested that pretreatment of higher temperature and longer daylength might facilicate the initiation and completion of regenerative growth. Studies on the effect of maturing degree of flowers on the rate of seed production upon artificial within-pollination revealed that pollination at 2 to 7 days after full bloom was most desirable. The successful rate was 75-80% and the resulted seeds showed germination rates of 37.6-40.5%. The germination rates of seeds derived from pollination implemented earlier or later were only 16.3-20.1% between-pollination executed at 2 to 7 days after full bloom also exhibited successful rates of 66.7-86.7%
