叢枝內生菌根菌與溶磷細菌接種對亞洲型百合球莖增大之影響

摘要


亞洲型雜交百合小鱗莖,在鹼性的栽培介質中,單獨接種菌根菌Glomus etunicatum對百合小鱗莖的生長影響並不顯著。介質中添加米糠可促進小鱗莖之生長。複合接種菌根菌與溶磷細菌並添加米糠之處理,在第二季接菌處理生長132天後,百合植株高度與葉片數均明顯較其他處理組爲佳。

In an alkaline growth medium, inoculation of Glomus etunicatum could not significantly enhance the bulblets growth of Asian hybrid lily. Instead, amendment of rice bran in the medium could increase the growth of bulblets. With the same amendment, dual inoculation of VA mycorrhizal fungus and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria showed the best promotion of growth. Especially at the second crop, the same treatment showed significant effect in the features of plant height and leaf number.
