殺草劑因子對叢枝內生菌根菌族群變動之影響

Herbicide, a Stress Factor on the Population Fluctuation of Vesicular-Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi

摘要


本報告共記錄三種殺草劑對於田間雜草紫花藿香薊菌根菌的感染與產孢的影響。本試驗證實殺草劑年年春對於紫花藿香薊有顯著抑制菌根菌感染率的效果。雖然殺草劑年年春對於菌根菌孢子的形成,在統計上沒有顯著的抑制作用,但在整體上觀察,施用年年春的處理其孢子數確較對照組少。由於孢子在土壤中保存的時間較長,有關年年春對於產孢的影響,可能需較長的時間追蹤觀察方能做出較確切的結論。年年春、巴拉刈、龍無草等殺草劑的二次施用對於田間的菌根菌族群的種類結構尚未見到產生改變。

In this study, three different herbicides were evaluated for its influence on VA mycorrhizal fungi in terms of colonization and spore production. Only one herbicide, isopropylamine salt of N-Phosphonomethyl glycine proved significantly to depress the colonization of Ageratum houstonianum, a dominant weed species in the experiment field. At present study, an inhibition effect on the spore production was not significant statistically however, the spore population in the treatment of isopropylamine salt of N-phosphonomethyl glycine was relatively less than control. Due to longer persistence of spores in soils, the decline of spore population was expected later in next experiment year. Overall, the herbicides tested in these experiments did not exert any impact yet on the composition of VA community.
