加溼控制方法對杏鮑菇瓶栽自動化生產之影響

Effect of Different Methods for Controlling Humidification on the Production of Pleurotus eryngii Using Bottle Cultivation Technology

摘要


本研究以金針菇自動化生產設備,進行杏鮑菇栽培期間利用超音波噴霧器,以定時器控制加溼間隔與時間及以溼度感應控制器,控制出菇室之溼度,在栽培用菌種去皮後蓋回瓶蓋與不蓋兩處理下,對杏鮑菇自動化生產影響之研究。試驗結果顯示,在同為不加蓋處理下,採用定時加溼處理之產量與生物效率雖較感應加溼處理略低,但無顯著之差異,且前者採收90%產量、採收完成及接種至採收90%產量所須時間均顯著較短,而且此係在定時加溼之出菇室從栽培用菌種去皮後至採收開始期間之溫度較感應加溼之出菇室略低下,進行所得之結果。因此建議推薦栽培杏鮑菇以超音波噴霧器加溼時,採用定時器控制加溼間隔與時間,以控制出菇室之溼度即可,既可減少栽培投資成本,又可縮短栽培期間,減少能源消耗,提高出菇室利用效率,降低生產成本。

Study on the effect of two different methods for controlling humidification on the production of the king oyster mushroom [Pleurotus eryngii (DC.:Fr.) Quél] was conducted. When the cultivation spawn bottles were not capped after bottle neck treatment and supersonic humidifier was used, no significant differences in both yield and biological efficiency were found between controlling the operation of the humifier with a timer and with a humidity controller installed with a humidity sensor. In addition, the interval between bottle neck treatment and harvesting 90% or all of the first flush mushrooms were significantly shorten in the former method. It is recommended that for the bottle cultivation of the king oyster mushroom the operation of supersonic humidifier can be inexpensively controlled with a timer to adjust the interval and length of time of humidification.
