藥用植物-銅皮石斛人工授粉時期及果莢發育之研究

Studies on Pollination Time and Capsule Growth in A Medicinal Orchid Plant Dendrobium moniliforme (L.) Sweet

摘要


銅皮石斛(Dendrobium moniliforme (L.) Sweet)為蘭科(Orchidaceae)石斛屬(Dendrobium)具藥用之經濟植物。授粉後之果莢發育,其寬度、厚度及長度皆呈現S型生長曲線(sigmoid curve),生長速度皆以授粉後第1~2週呈加速度,並分別於授粉後第3、8及9週達到較大值,以後變化很小。銅皮石斛之自交授粉,以在開花後2~7日內進行較為適當。而較佳時期則為開花後2~5日,此時授粉之著果率約為10%;人工異花授粉則以開花當日至開花後5日進行較為適當,此時可交性較強,果莢著果率在30%~100%之間。

The width, thickness, and length of capsule showed sigmoid development in a medicinal orchid Dendrabium moniliforme (L.) Sweet. The most rapid growth of capsule was 1~2 weeks after pollination. The width, thickness, and length reached maximum in 3(superscript rd), 8(superscript th), and 9(superscript th) week, respectively. The optimum timing for self-pollination was 2~7 days after flowering, but it only achieved 10% fruit set. The optimal cross-pollination was 1~5 days after flowering (DAF) and the fruit set varied between 30% to 100%.
