本試驗以濕冷層積、溶脫、刻傷及浸漬GA3等處理‘巨峰’葡萄種子,探討低溫、生長調節劑與物理刻傷等因子對‘巨峰’葡萄種子發芽率的影響。結果顯示‘巨峰’葡萄種子要5℃低溫濕冷層積一段適當的時間方能發芽,以濕冷層積16週之發芽率較高。在進行濕冷層積前流水浸泡3天可有效促進種子的發芽率。刻傷處理則無明顯促進種子發芽的效果。浸泡GA3處理除種子發芽率隨處理濃度的增加而提高外,並可減少濕冷層積所需的時間及縮短平均發芽天數;在濕冷層積之前或之後浸泡GA3均可提高發芽率。但高濃度的GA3處理會導致幼苗,胚莖、第1節間及第2節間生長細長瘦弱,造成幼苗管理的不便。
Improving seed germination of 'Kyoho' grape was conducted by a serious of treatments including stratification, gibberellic acid, leaching and scarification. Germination of seeds required a proper stratification period at 5℃. The maximum seed germination percentage of 'Kyoho' grape was performed by stratification for 16 weeks at 5℃. Before stratification, soaked seeds in running water for 3 days could enhance germination percentage. Scarification did not cause obvious effect on improving seed germination. Effect of GA3 treatment on seed germination was more effective on increasing the seed germination percentage and decreasing the average day of germination by higher concentration, but over dosage of GA3 treatments induced slender growth of hypocotyl and internode resulting in exceedingly tall seedling.
