有機資材氮礦化特性研究

Study on Nitrogen Mineralization Characteristics of Organic Materials

摘要


本研究共收集九種有機資材,以土柱孵育淋洗法研究其氮礦化特性。孵育二、四、六、八週之累積氮礦化量與資材碳氮比之自然對數值,可達顯著負相關。孵育八週內之資材氮礦化特性可分為兩組:第一組資材(豬糞Ⅰ、豬糞Ⅱ、雞糞堆肥、木屑堆肥及蔗渣堆肥)在孵育第一週氮持續釋出,其累積礦化量在第一或二週達到第一個高峰,之後一至五週間氮礦化趨緩,其中豬糞Ⅰ及雞糞堆肥分別在第二與第六週後氮繼續釋出,而木屑堆肥、豬糞Ⅱ及蔗渣堆肥則在第一至四週間陸續出現氮同化現象。第二組資材(牛糞、稻稈、田菁、蔗渣)則除了孵育第一及第二天,部分資材有氮礦化之外,一直到孵育第八週,皆呈現氮同化現象。孵育八週至三十六週期間,豬糞Ⅰ及雞糞堆肥在八週以後仍持續有氮礦化出來,雞糞堆肥約在第二十四週累積礦化氮量達第二波高峰,而豬糞Ⅰ則在孵育三十六週之內累積礦化氮仍持續增加中。牛糞及稻稈兩資材則持續氮同化作用,牛糞直到二十八週之後開始有氮礦化,而稻稈則到孵育試驗結束時,都還是持續氮同化現象。

Nitrogen mineralization characteristics of nine commercial/farm-produced organic materials were investigated in this study by incubation-leaching method. The accumulative mineralized N (AMN) released during 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks incubation period was significantly negative correlated with the naperian logarithm of C/N value of the organic materials. Nine materials were divided into two groups according to their mineralization characteristic curves of eight-week incubation. Group 1 (hog manure Ⅰ, hog manure Ⅱ, chicken manure, sawdust compost, and bagasse compost), continual release of mineral N started at the 1st week and reached the first AMN peak at the 1st or the 2nd week, and then was getting slow in the subsequent 1-5 weeks. After the slowing down period, hog manure Ⅰ and chicken manure still released mineral N after incubation of the 2th and the 6th week, respectively. But on the contrary, hog manure Ⅱ, saw-dust compost and bagasse compost presented N immobilization after the 1th to the 4th weeks. As to group 2 of cattle manure, rice straw, sesbania, and pure bagasse, except for the first one to two days with N mineralization appeared in some material, all presented N immobilization in the eight-week incubation. Mineralization characteristic curve after the 8th week indicated AMN of hog manure Ⅰ went on increasing within 36 weeks, and the second AMN peak of chicken manure reached at the 24th week. While in cattle manure and rice straw, N immobilization continually took place, but N mineralization of cattle started until after 28 weeks. N immobilization of rice-straw lasted even after incubation test.
