魚類病原菌Aeromonal liquefaciens之研究—Ⅲ注射魚體後產生之病原性變化

摘要
菌因接種於魚體內，經過數次通過魚體而其病原性由弱變强，或由無變為有。Aeromonas菌體內毒素活性亦因數次通過魚體而變强，推測其原因可能與魚體內具有與毒素產生有關係之物質存在有關。又此次於泥鰍筋肉內接種之結果與接種於鰻魚動脈球內之結果稍有差異。

By cause of inoculation of Aeromonas liquefaciens on loaches with intramuscular injection and oneels with intra-bulbus-arteriosus injection, there was found a variation of pathogenecity from weak to strong or avirulent strains to virulent strains. Simultaneously, the activities of toxic substances (LD50/cc, gelatinase, hemolysis, hydrolysis of casein and Molish's reaction) varied from weak to strong.
