室內孵化之日本絨螯蟹(Eriocheir Japonica De Haan)幼苗變態研究
Morphological Observation on the Development of Larval Eriocheir japonica De Haan (Crustacea, Decapoda, Grapsidae) Reared in the Laboratory
摘要
日本絨螯蟹Eriocheir japonica De Haan俗稱毛蟹，棲息於河川。將抱卵母蟹蓄養於室內，持幼苗孵出後，觀察幼苗之變態情形。其條件如材料與方法項目中所述。幼苗由孵化至變態為稚蟹約需20天，其間觀察到5期蚤狀幼體(Zoea, Z1~Z5)和l期大眼幼體(Megalopa)。各期變態日數為，第一期蚤狀幼體(Z1)為4天，第二至第四期蚤狀幼體(Z2-Z4)各約2~3天，第五期蚤狀幼體(Z5）為4~6天，而大眼幼體Megalopa為5~7天。

A berried female Eriocheir japonica De Haan was caught in a river near northern Taiwan and hatching was carried out in laboratory as conditions. The larva was observed and metamorphosis occurred within 20 days. Five Zoeal stages (Z1-Z5) and one Megalopa stage were recorded. With water temperature between 21-23℃, the Z1 stage lasted 4 days, Z2-Z3 stages lasted 2-3 days each, the Z5 stage about 4-6 days and the megalopa stage 5-7 days.
