Water Chemistry of Nitrification in a Recirculating System

硝化作用在循環系統中之水質化學研究

摘要


本研究以止水式方法探討氨對黑鯛Acanthopagrus schlegeli三期魚苗之急毒性。在水溫25℃,鹽度30 ppt,pH 8.1的狀況下,將孵化後1天(H1),5天(H5),及10天(H10)的黑鯛苗曝露在不同的氨濃度下,H1對氨的抵抗力最强,H5最弱,H1,H5及H10的24 hr LC50分别為29.90,10.83,12.26 mg/l ammonia-N(1.66,0.60及0.68 mg/l NH3-N)。

A study on the ammonia acute toxicity to three stages of larval blackporgy Acanthopagrus schlegeli was conducted by static method.Larvae at one,five,and ten days after hatching(H1,H5 and H10)were exposed to variousammonia concentrations in sea water under 25℃,30 ppt,and pH 8.1 for 24hours.The tolerance to ammonia was the strongest for H1 and the weakestfor H5.The 24-hr LC50 values were 29.90,10.83,and 12.26 mg/1 ammonia-N(1.66,0.60,and 0.86 mg/l NH3-N)for H1,H5,and H10,respectively.
