臺灣水產醱酵食品的產量與衛生品質的調查

Survey of the Productivity and Sanitary Quality of Fermented Fish Products in Taiwan

摘要


本文乃就筆者等於1987年7月至1989年6月兩年期間利用系統取樣法於本省北、南兩端之核能一、二及三廠所採集之撞擊魚類標本,進行魚相及羣聚時空變化的分析整理。研究期間三個廠總計共採獲84科295種魚類。其中經濟性食用魚類共113種佔38.3%;珊瑚礁魚類共180種佔6l%。但以總重量而言,經濟性魚類佔94.13%,多半皆為季節性中表層或底棲洄游性魚種。三個廠撞擊數量皆有夏季高冬季低之明顯季節變化,且以經濟性魚種為主。撞擊之魚種數及總重量兩年來均以核一廠最多,核二廠次之,核三廠最少。利用數值分類之聚類分析方法比較南北兩端三地點兩年度魚類羣聚之相似性,結果顯示南北兩端魚種組成相似性僅15%;北部兩地間則為36.5%;同一地點不同年度間之相似性更低,三廠平均僅28.6%顯示撞擊魚種組成年間變動相當大。文中除提供各廠撞擊魚種名錄,體長大小與豐度等資料外,並附以若干顯著魚種之出現月份。最後並檢討分析利用撞擊資料研究魚類羣聚之優劣點。

Fish impingement data collected from the cooling water intakes of thethree nuclear power plants located along the coast of northern and southerntips of Taiwan from July 1987 through June 1989 were used to analyze theirspecies composition,temporal and spatial variations of fish communities.Atotal number of 84 families and 295 species of fishes were collected by systematic sampling method during the past two years.Among them,113 species wereeconomic species which comprised 38.3%;180 species were coral reef fishes contained61% of the total species.However,94.13% of the total impinged weights wascontributed by economic species,mostly seasonal pelagic or benthic migratoryspecies.The seasonal high peak of impingement in summer and low catchesin winter were consistent among the three different stations especially forthe economic species.As to the rank of the number of species and totalweight impinged,the first station always was the highest,then the second,the third was the lowest in these two years.The results of comparing thefish communities among these three stations and two years by clusteringmethods show that the similarity between northern and southern tip was only15%,and between the two different stations in north was 36.5%.The similaritybetween the two different years but the same station was even lower,28.6% in average of all three stations.This result,revealed that the yearlyfluctuations of fish species compositions was quite large.A checklist of impingedfishes species,their body size range,abundance as well as the monthlyoccurrence of some dominant species were also furnished.Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of using impingement data to study the fishcommunity were discussed.
