摘要

滑殼沼蝦Macrobrachium equidens（Dana，1852）是臺灣產沼蝦的一種，多棲息於海水及半鹹水中，而其幼苗變態型式則屬於普通型Common type母蝦初產出之卵為深褐色，平均卵徑為0.67×0.53 mm，在水溫25.0～28.5℃及鹽度10 ppt的條件下，至第二十天時之卵色為灰褐色，平均卵徑為0.87×0.65 mm，其孵出之蚤狀幼體在水溫25.0～29.0℃及鹽度34 ppt的條件下，經過十一期蚤狀幼體的變態，在孵化後第四十三天出現後期蝦苗。

Macrobrachium equidens(Dana,1852)inhabits brackish and marine-waters.Its larval development belongs to the”common type”.Freshly laid eggs aredark-brown in color,and have an average size of 0.67×0.53 mm.Under theconditions of 25.0-28.5℃ temperature,10 ppt salinity,eggs become brown andhave an average size of 0.87×0.65 mm at 20 days after spawning.When rearedat water temperature of 25.0-29.0℃ and salinity of 34 ppt,the larvae developethrough 11 planktonic zoea stages,and then become benthotrophic postlarvaein 43 days after hatching.
