Morphological Observation on the Larval Development of Macrobrachium Equidens(Crustacea: Decapoda: Palaemonidae)

室內孵化之滑殼沼蝦之幼苗變態研究

摘要


此實驗以4×5複因子處理的安排;4個冰凍保存時間(0,1,2及3個月)及5種離心力(31.3,125,500,1125及2000 G),每處理有兩重複,來探究冰凍及離心力對覆水底質間隙水中氨、亞硝酸、及硝酸濃度之影響。随著保存時間,硝酸濃度降低,氨濃度增加,而亞硝酸濃度不受保存時間影響。在保存時,分解性還原的行徑可能仍持續進行。僅亞硝酸的測定受離心力影響。在低離心力下,間隙水的低透光性造成亞硝酸的分析較高。這偏差在亞硝酸濃度低時尤其明顯。

An experiment of 4×5 factorial arrangement of treatments;4 freezestorage durations(0,1,2,and 3 months)and 5 centrifugal forces(31.3,125,500,1,125,and 2,000G),each with 2 replicates,was conducted to find out theeffects of freeze storage duration and centrifugal force on inorganic nitrogen:ammonia,nitrite,and nitrate content in interstitial water of submergedsediment.Nitrate decreased and ammonia increased with storage duration.Nitrite was not affected by storage duration.Dissimilatory reduction pathwaymay still proceed during frozen storage.Only nitrite was affected by thecentrifugal force.Low transmittance of the interstitial water at low centrifugalforce resulted in high nitrite measurement.The bias is pronouncedat low nitrite concentration.
