The Larval Anchovy Fishing Ground Formation in Relation to Osmotic Pressure Changes of the Coastal Waters Along Southern Taiwan

鮆科仔稚魚漁場形成與滲透壓變化關系之研究

摘要


本篇報告詳述紅尾蝦(Penaeus penicillatus)在溫度25-26℃,鹽度32-33ppt的條件下,幼期發育的變化及外部形態的特徵。紅尾蝦發育過程經由卵,六階段的無節幼體(nauplius),三階段的蚤狀幼體(zoea),三階段的糠蝦幼體(mysis),最後變態成後期幼體(postlarvae),其中卵約經13.5小時孵化,無節幼體約持續48小時變態成蚤狀幼體,蚤狀幼體約經4.5天變態成糠蝦幼體,糠蝦幼體約經3.5天變態成後期幼體。本文除了討論紅尾蝦的幼期變態之外,並與草蝦(Penaeusmonodon),斑節蝦(Penaeus japonicus),熊蝦(Penaeus semisulcatus)的幼期發育特徵作一比較。

The red tailed prawn spawned with their larvae reared to the juvenilestage under laboratory conditions.Six naupliar,3 zoeal,3 mysis and 1 postlarvalstages were recognized,There was no intermediate stage between mysisand postlarva.Under the temperature of 25-26℃,and salinity of 32-33 ppt,theeggs hatched out as nauplius in 13.5h after spawning.The nauplius stagelasted for 48h.The duration of the zoeal stage was 4.5 days.The mysis lastedfor 3.5 days and metamorphosed into postlarva subsequently.Morphologicalchanges from eggs to postlarval stages were described in detail.Larval sizeand modification of the appendages are useful means for specific distinctionamong larvae of P.penicillatus,P.monodon,P.japonicus and P.semisulcatus.
