摘要


黑斑紅鱸於1987年由美國德州引進後,已成功地在臺灣自然產卵。本研究係探討此魚作為臺灣新養殖種之可行性研究中,關於此魚生物學之系列研究之一。此次之研究體重範圍為一般作為養殖對象的10 g至2500 g間之全長(TL)、標準長(SL)與體重(BW)間之關係,共採用610尾樣本魚。在體長—體重關係估計上,本研究同時採用對數化線性及非線性估計法,然而,由於以對數化線性估計法所得結果顯著缺乏適合性,因此採用非線性函數式加以估計,其結果所得之關係式為:BW=0.0066 TL^(3.0978),R^(2)=0.995BW=0.0125 SL^(3.0776),R^(2)=0.993TL=1.301+1.191 SL,R^(2)=0.998本研究與其他研究之結果相比較,發現用以估計體長—體重關係式的樣本魚體型愈大,所估得之體長冪數(b值)愈小,表示在此魚成長過程中,相對上體長之增長速度漸漸大於體重之增重速度,因此體型漸趨狹長型。另外,在本研究中亦發現此魚之尾鰭末端部分在其成長過程中會出現數種形態的轉變,即由圓形轉變成截形,再轉變成新月形。

The first successful spontaneous spawn in Taiwan of red drum(Sciaenops ocellatus)occurred 53 months after it was introduced in 1987 from Texas,U.S.A..To determinethe potential of red drum as an aquaculture species in Taiwan,a series of studieson its biology are being conducted.In the present study,which is the first of thisseries,the relationships between total length(TL),standard length(SL),and bodyweight(BW)of 610 10-g to 2500-g fish were investigated,using log-linear and nonlinear estimation approaches.Because significant lack-of-fit index was found using thelog-linear approach,the results of the non-linear approach was recommended.Thelength-weight and TL-SL relationship equations obtained were as follows:BW=0.0066 TL^(3.0978),R^(2)=0.995BW=0.0125 SL^(3.0776),R^(2)=0.993TL=1.301+1.191 SL,R^(2)=0.998Compared with other studies on red drum,the present study found that thesize of the fish used to estimate the relationship was inversely proportional tothe estimated length exponent.This result indicated that the fish grew faster inlength than in weight and elongated as it grew.The caudal fin shape of thisfish also changed from rounded to truncate and finally to lunate.
