Bioactive Constituents from Marine Sponge Aaptos Aaptos

摘要

以生物活性爲指標從台灣產直立穗珊瑚(Nephthea erecta)分離得到五個固醇類化合物，分別爲：24-methylcholesta-5,24（28）-diene-3β,19-diol(1),24-methylcholesta-5,24（28）-diene-3β,19-diol-7β-monoacetate(2),24-methylcholesta-5,24（28）-diene-3β,7β,19-triol(3),and 24-methylcholesta-24（28）-ene-3β,5α,6β,19-tetraol(4),aswell as an inactive steroid,24-methylenecholesta-5,24（28）-diene-3β-ol(5)。生物活性分西析結果顯示化合物1，2，3，和4對人類直腸癌細胞（HT-29）、人類肺癌細胞（A-549）、人類口腔癌細胞(KB)、以及老鼠淋巴癌細胞（P-388）均具有強力之毒殺能力。
