An Experimental Study on the Deformation of the Net Cages

本研究以六種分別含有0、10、25、50、60以及77.5%發酵豆粉的等蛋白等能量飼料,取代飼料中的白魚粉飼予幼鱉八週。其飼料魚粉之取代率相當於0、13.1、32.7、64.7、83.6與100%。給予0%與10%發酵豆粉的甲魚之間在成長表現上沒有顯著差異(P>0.05),而兩者之成長表現均顯著(P<0.05)高於其他飼予發酵豆粉含量較高(25%以上)的甲魚。給予0%與10%發酵豆粉的甲魚,其飼料轉換率和蛋白質效率比較其他甲魚良好(P<0.05)。體組成方面,則甲魚之體水分含量與飼料中發酵豆粉含量呈現相反的關係;飼予高發酵豆粉(65與77.5%)飼料的甲魚,其體粗蛋白與粗脂肪含量的數値最低,然而體粗蛋白與粗脂肪含量在各組之間則並無顯著差異(P>0.05)。在本研究的試驗條件下顯示,發酵豆粉可取代甲魚飼料中13.1%的魚粉。

Six isonitrogenous,isocaloric diets containing 0,10,25,50,65,and 77.5% fermentedsoybean meal as substitutes for 0,13.1,32.7,64.7,83.6,and 100% of white fish mealwere fed to juvenile soft-shelled turtles,Trionyx sinensis,for 8 weeks.Growth performanceof turtles fed the diet containing 10% fermented soybean meal(13.1% substitutionof fish meal)was not different(P>0.05)from those fed the control diet(0% fermentedsoybean meal).Growth performance of the turtles fed both control and 10% fermentedsoybean meal diets was,however,significantly better(P<0.05)than those fed higherdietary levels(25% or higher)of fermented soybean meal.Feed conversion ratio andprotein efficiency ratio of the turtles fed control and 10% fermented soybean meal dietswere better(P<0.05)than turtles fed other diets.Body moisture content of the turtleseemed to be inversely related to the fermented soybean meal content of the turtle.Crudeprotein and crude lipid of the body were not different among all groups(P>0.05)althoughthe values were the lowest for turtles fed diets containing high fermented soybean meal(65 and 77.5%).Results of this study showed that 10% fermented soybean meal couldbe used to replace 13.1% of fish meal in diet of juvenile soft-shelled turtles.
