Along the coastal areas, mangroves is the ecological system highly sensitive to climate changes. The most recent forecasts show that the velocity of climate change is enormous in mangroves, and precaution had been made that even the greatly protected areas will be catastrophically decadence within twenty years. Mangrove represents strong ”local adaptation” in some character and high ”gene flow” among different populations. Owing to restoration of mangroves for the purpose of coastal protection were activated nearly everywhere, Three major aims are widely accepted worldwide including preservation of biodiversity, to avoid creating genetic mixing and most importantly to study the composition of mangrove forest communities to meet the prime principle of ecological restoration. Result gathering by this proposed study will not only expand our knowledge of mangrove, but will also undoubtedly benefit to the restoration preserve biodiversity, to meet the highest principles of ecological restoration.
