摘要

軍人將人生最精彩的青壯年貢獻給國家，也將自己全副精力服務部隊，而家庭與配偶仍是軍官生活滿意的主要來源。配偶及家人的支持，讓軍官能不斷往前衝刺，追求事業的成功。在軍官內心裡，對配偶及家人都存有愧疚成。軍官很重視與家人的相處，希望從家庭中獲得生活的滿足，認為與家人相處，是最重要的事，也相當重視與父母的互動關係、與子女的互動關係。

The soldiers contribute their golden young age to their country and concentrate completely on the military duties, the family and spouse turned to be the resources of their life satisfaction that can stir them up to keep moving forward, to pursue the brilliant military career. The officer would feel with remorse psychologically for the family and spouse, they wish they can achieve the life satisfaction and are eager to manage the relationship in between. They respect and treat seriously the family gathering and the interaction with the parents and kids.
