濕法磷酸副產石膏之純化研究

A STUDY ON THE PURIFICATION OF GYPSUM FROM WET PROCESS PHOSPHORIC ACID

摘要


本研究針對磷酸副產品石膏所含有機物之去除為主,同時也就所含其他雜質如磷酐、氟化物等之去除加以檢討。首先就酸洗法、中和法、擦洗法、浮選法進行純化處理之研究比較,得知經擦洗後再浮選之效果最為良好,因此就擦洗之條件-漿液濃度、液溫、酸碱添加量、擦洗時間等,以及浮選條件-捕收劑添加量、pH之影響、液溫、浮選時間等因素加以觀察,利用石膏之白度判別有機物之去除程度,結果得知在pH3~4之間添加脂肪酸300g/T或十二烷苯磺酸鈉200g/T,松香油100g/T之情形下浮選,可將原來56白度者提高至93白度,其囘收率也達95%,並就浮選所得之樣品經轉化製造石膏模型,其外觀與進口原料之石膏製品相比較並不遜色。

This paper centered on how remove both the organic and inorganic matter from the dark gypsum, such as humus, soule P_2O_5 and flouride compound, etc. We first looked at the effect among these methods: acid leaching, neutralization, scrubbing and flotation, flotation followed the scrubbing is the best method for purification the dark gypsum as we have found. The conditions for scrubbing are examined in terms of slurry concentration, the amount of acid and base, temperature, and duration. In addition, the effects of collector, pH, temperature and duration are also investigated for the flotation. The overall performance is measured by the removal of organic matter as determined by examination of the whiteness of gypsum When flotation is performed with 300 g/T sodium oleat or 200 g/T sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonates as collector and 100g/T pine oil as frother at pH 3-4. The gypsum could reach 93° whiteness compared to the 56° whiteness of previous. method, and the recovery of gypsum up to 95 % at the same time. Furthermore, the appearance of gypseous mold made of the treated gypsum is equivalent to the product of imported industrial gypsum.
