大鋼胚連鑄機模內旋轉鋼液流之研究與應用

摘要


為了迎合棒鋼、線材產品市場之高競爭性,尤其針對鋼材的清淨度品質,中鋼公司大鋼胚連鑄採用四孔浸入式澆鑄的注嘴,成效相當顯著。目前,更進一步發展出模內旋轉鋼液流的新澆鑄方式,並且已實際應用於生產。四孔注嘴之浸入式澆鑄,模內鋼液流屬於徑向流動模式。透過其特性,本研究發現,簡單地將四孔注嘴與長方形鑄模裝置成非對稱性,模内鋼液卽產生旋轉流動的特殊效果;而此旋轉式鋼液流是源於自然的徑向離心力所造成。於水模實驗中,旋轉式鋼液流流動模式的發展,藉攝影觀察及刺激、囘應技巧予以定性或定量評估。於現場的實驗中,發現四孔注嘴扭轉15∘方式澆鑄,大鋼胚内部清淨品質最為優異,且注嘴耐火材溶蝕率最低。

In order to meet the highly competitive nature of bar and wire rod market with respect to internal quality especially of cleanliness, the bloom continuous casting operation of CSC has been improved with submerged casting of four ports nozzle, and now a new casting method that rotating flow developes in the mould has been applied. When using the four ports nozzle for submerged casting, the metal flow pattern developes in the mould is the radial flow pattern. The work has found that the rotating fluid flow is formed in the mould when four ports submerged nozzles are installed unsymmetrically relative to the rectangular mould, and the rotating flow occured is caused by a radial centrifugal force. In water experiments, both the stimulus-response method and picture taken of the flow pattern were used in order to study the flow pattern developed. Moreover, in industrial experiments we have proved that the metal flow in the mould with four ports nozzle twisted 15 degrees is beneficial to the internal cleanliness of steel bloom and errosion rate of nozzle refractory is reduced.
