磷酸提鈾製程中膠體界面物的處理研究

摘要


溶劑萃取法為囘收低品位礦物内貴重元素,具有經濟效益的方法之一。此濕法冶金技術常遭遇的困擾,為第三相膠體界面物的處理。本所磷酸提鈾場其製程產生的第三相界面物,不僅消耗大量煤油,且在酸液品質較差時,常會迫使運轉中斷。本文針對該場界面物之處理,做一詳細的探討,自實驗室階段而至單元設備進行系列研究;綜合研究結果,在該場增建高壓榨濾系統一套,其操作方式為泵濾、榨濾依序自動控制重覆,過濾之適當操作壓力分別為;泵濾4kg/cm^2、榨濾12kg/cm^2。多年的運轉結果,證明高壓榨濾法,可以經濟地快速處理有機泥造成的第三相界面物。

The solvent extraction technique, though economic and effective in recovering the resources in low grade ores, is frequently frustrated in the disposal of the third-phase crud. The third-phase crud in the uranium recovery from phosphoric acid (URPA) plant of Institute of Nuclear Energy Research not only consumed a large quantity of kerosene, but also caused plant shut-down very often. Therefore, many attempts have been made either chemically or physically, to studying the feasibility of treating the crud of the URPA plant, by the erection of a high pressure squeezing filtration system. The operation sequence of this system consists of crud feeding and pumping filtration. The suitable pressures are 4 kg/cm^2 for the pumping filtration and 12kg/cm^2 for the squeezing filtration. It is ascertained after many years of operation that the crud produced from the humus can be handled with success by a high pressure squeezing filter press.
