銅再生酸洗廢液處理研究

STUDIES OF THE TREATMENT OF WASTE PICKLING SOLUTION FROM COPPER RECLAMATION

摘要


銅再生酸洗廢液主要之汚染質為強酸性,及銅、鉛、鋅、及鉻等重金屬離子。重金屬廢液之處理方法有化學沉澱、離子交換、吸附、溶劑萃取、凝聚、及浮選等。本研究對上述之方法皆進行試驗,試驗結果顯示:以水泥化學中和沉澱法之效果最佳;使用硫化鈉中和再以浮選分離固液亦可使銅再生酸洗廢液能達到排放之標準。

The pollutants in waste pickling solutions derived from copper reclamation are: acids and contents of copper, lead, zinc, chromium metallic ions which can be treated by technologies of chemical precipitation, ion exchange, adsorption, solvent extraction, flocculation and flotation. The above methods have been tested and carried out at laboratory. The obvious results obtained in this study are: the chemical precipitation by cement can get the best results, and using sodium sulfide as chemical precipitant to aid solid-liquid separation by flotation can improve the quality of waste pickling solution from copper reclamation to meet the standards established by EPA.
