摘要


本項設計係屬臺灣石灰石礦場之首創,主要係用來針對改善礦場操作控制方式,縮短故障排除時間及減少操作人員,以達到增加生產能量、降低生產成本。更進一部由於系統各項統計資料的記錄與獲得,因此可用來有效的管制生產品質,以達到所謂生產自動化、品質保證化的地步,同時也希望借此能提升臺灣礦業的技術水準。

A fully automatic control system has been installed at Hoping Quarry, T. C. C. This design is expected to improve control of rock handling operations, reduce equipment downtime, cut labor costs, boost production capacity, decrease production costs, and increase efficiency, and meanwhile strengthen quality control. It is hoped that this design can help upgrade the technical standards of mining engineering in Taiwan.
