岩體之碎性分佈對露天礦場爆破效果之影響分析

An Analysis on the Fractal Distribution of Rock Mass and Blasting Effect in Open Pit Mine

摘要


炸藥爆破至今仍是採礦工程最主要破碎岩石的方法。在露天開採作業中,影響爆破後岩石破碎度的因素主要有炸藥性質、岩石物理特性、局部地質條件與爆破設計等參數。其中局部地質條件,特別是不連續面,如節理等之分佈影響爆破效果甚鉅,但至今相關之研究却甚少。考其原因則以資料取得費時費工,數據分析困難為主。本研究嘗試以碎性分佈的理論及蘇曼分佈的解析,配合採礦場爆破前因節理所切割岩塊大小之量測與爆破後碎石粒徑分佈之比較來建立一計量化的方法,分析此二者的關係。研究結果顯示此法在定性與定量兩方面均可有效的解釋並預測節理與岩石破碎程度。可用之為日後評估爆破作業之參考。

Basting is the most important method of in-situ fragmentation in mining. The major factors that influence efficiency of blasting include: explosive properties, rock behaviors, local geologic conditions, and blasting design parameters. Among them, local geologic conditions, especially discontinuities such as joints play a definite role in the fragmentation of rock mass. However, the related researches on this particular theme are comparatively scarce. The reasons might be due to difficulties in data collecting and processing. This study is a new trial which uses fractal theory and Schuhmann distribution to quantify the measured pre-blasting in-situ joints with blasted fragments. The results show that this method can effectively delineate as well as predict the functional relationship of joints and blasting jobs.
