煤質及石粉含量與煤塵爆炸性關係之探討

Studies on Correlations of Coal Qualities, Stone Powder Contents and Coal Dust Explosibility

摘要


本研究主要以利豐、裕峰、台和、南莊、三榮、興隆、三民、大東山、平碇與新平溪等十個煤礦之煤塵作為試驗樣品,經試驗結果發現其最低點燃溫度為460-510℃,而最低點燃溫度有隨揮發份與固定碳含量和之增加而昇高之趨勢。煤塵最低爆炸濃度則隨甲烷濃度之增加而降低。此外,煤塵防爆所須不燃性物質率隨甲烷濃度增加而增高。同時,揮發份含量愈高之煤塵愈容易引爆,也愈具爆炸危險性,其抑制煤塵爆炸所需之石粉重量比也愈高。

According to the coal dust explosion test at ten coal mines in Taiwan, some main results are shown as follows: (1) The minimum ignition temperature of coal dusts is 460°C~510°C, and it has the increasing tendency as the sum of fixed carbon and volatile matter increased. (2) The minimum coal dust explosion concentration decreased by the increasing methane contents. (3) The higher the volatile matter contained in the coal dusts the more easier to cause an explosion, and more dangerous. It needs more incombustible material to prevent the coal dust explosion.
