矽鐵重介之性質及應用於廢汽車切片鋁合金分選之研究

Study on Characteristics of FeSi Heavy Medium and Its Applications to Separation of Al-Alloy from Shredded Automobile Scraps

摘要


以重介分選廢鋁合金汽車切片可代替人工挑選及增加選別效率。矽鐵所配製之重介,其比重可達3.0以上,非常適合於須高比重分選之廢鋁合金汽車切片。重介分選使用之重介,其穩定性及粘度對選別效率及操作均有很大之影響,因此如何配製適合之比重,且穩定而粘度不高之重介,對重介分選是非常重要。本文首先研究矽鐵介質之性質,然後再應用於廢鋁合金汽車切片之分選。結果顯示以平均粒徑為24.5m μ之矽鐵配製成比重為3.0之重介可將含鋁合金廢料分選,其粒徑38.2/4.76mm之回收率及選別效率皆在98%以上。

Using heavy medium separation to replace hand sorting can improve the separation effciency of Al-alloy from shredded automobile scraps. The specific gravity of ferrosilicon heavy medium can be prepared up to 3.0 and it is very suitable for separation of Al-alloy from shredded automobile scraps. Separation efficiency and operation highly affected by stability and viscosity of heavy medium. It is very important to achieve high stable and low viscous heavy medium. This report includes study of characteristics of ferrosilicon heavy medium and its applications on separation of Al-alloy from shredded automobile scraps. The result shows that the heavy medium of sp. gr. 3.0 prepared by ferrosilicon of average size of 24.5μm can separate Al-alloy of size 38.2/4.76mm efficiently.
