地盤下陷行為與水質鹽化的調查及地陷防治效應之研究

Study on the Behavior of Land-Subsidence, the Salinity of Water Quality and the Effect of Subsidence Remediation in the Ko-Hu Area

摘要


雲林縣口湖鄉沿海地區在地質上是屬於濁水溪沖積平原的一部份,根據本所79年度接受環保署委託之調查研究結果,平均每年下陷量約10公分,地下水水質亦有逐漸惡化之趨勢。本研究乃接續觀測已建立之鋼絲重錘式地陷監測系統外,並新裝置二孔200公尺深之分層地陷觀測井,觀測地層分層下陷位移及水位變化,並分析分層之地下水質,追蹤主要之壓縮土層、含水層及受汚染水層之位置。在防治方法研究上則進行數值模擬,地下水平衡分析,鹽化水層與地盤下陷整治對策等工作。

The Ko-Hu coastal area in Yun-Lin county is geologically a part of the alluvial plain of Cho-Sui River. According to the results of our ealier investigation sponsored by EPA in 1990, the average subsiding rate in this area was approximately 10 cm/yr. In addition, the groundwater quality appeared to deteriorate gradually. This study is to continue the field measurement of a previously established cable-anchor subsidence monitoring system including the installation of a multi-layer displacement measuring system in two wells of 200m deep. The sinking displacement and groundwater head fluctuations were measured. The water qualities of different layers were analyzed. The locations of major compressed layers, aquifers, and contaminated aquifers were identified. The work on remediation measures such as numerical analysis, groundwater budget assessment, and evalvation of groundwater salinization due to land subsidence were included.
