硫化鋅系藍色螢光材料的性質與製造之研究

The Study of Fabrication and Characterization of Zinc Sulfide-based Blue Phosphors

摘要


一般硫化鋅系藍色螢光材料均以銀鹽添入硫化鋅粉而製得。本研究係再以鋁鹽作為助激活劑而增加此類材料之發光強度,其結果獲得符合C.I.E.發光波長的標準。所得之螢光粉其六方晶相隨燒成溫度提昇而增加,若以同一溫度燒成時六方晶相則隨含鋁量增多而增加。粉體之粒度可隨燒成溫度與含鋁量增多而變大,增加含鋁量更可使發光波長側移至藍色光區(C.I.E.藍色光波長453.8nm)。控制含鋁量在0.01wt%及燒成溫度750℃時,則可達到螢光粉最佳發光強度。

Zinc sulfide-based blue phosphors are processed by adding silver salt in it.This study uses aluminous salt as an coactivator in zinc sulfide to increase luminescent intensity of the phosphors and to match the required wave length of C.I.E. luminescenous materials. The amount of hexagonal phase in the phosphors is increased with the increasing of firing temperature and content of aluminous salt addition .Particle sizes of the phosphor powders are also increased with higher content of aluminous salt and firing temperture. It is noted that by adding aluminous salt in the zinc sulfide-based phosphors the luminescenous wave length can be shifted into the range of blue light (453.8nm in C.I.E.). On the other hand, the strongest intensity of this luminescenous material is found with 0.01 wt% AI and firing temperature at 750℃.
