台灣地區石材加工業行銷系統規劃與景氣預測研究

摘要


在台灣地區石材加工業的行銷結構面臨關鍵過渡期,本研究特全面性的對台灣地區石材加工廠作廣泛的現況調查,並輔以行銷理論(產品、定價、通路及促銷),完成石材加工業行銷系统合理規劃,俾供石材加工業者永續經營之參考。同時對台灣地區石材加工業景氣的變化進行研究,研究結果顯示:營建署發佈的建築物核發建照量,可以作為石材加工業預測景氣的領先指標。

This study relates to a systems planning in marketing for the dimension stone industry of Taiwan. As such, the systems planning consists of recognition of the following parameters for dimension stone products, such as product-type, pricing, place and promotion. In the face of the imminent transitions, a most up-to-date (up to current year of 1996) comprehensive survey of the dimension stone industry of Taiwan has been conducted. It is noted that a prominent controlling factor for the boom-bust forecasting of dimension stone industry seems to be related to the number of building construction permit issued by the authority.
