個別煤研磨度最適化之探討

摘要


焦炭品質可藉由整體研磨度的控制而得到提昇的效果。中鋼於四階引進個別煤粉碎製程,為了有效控制個別煤最佳粒度,期於其中獲得改善現有焦炭的品質。因此,須於系統運轉之前提供各個別煤之研磨度資料,以利生產。以15磅煉焦爐為主要工具,個別煤控制在四種不同研磨度,再與基本煤種混合進行焦結加試驗。再利用500磅煉焦爐依現行配比,進行比較傳統研磨與個別研磨的差異。本研究完成21個煤種的最佳煤料粒度範圍,以及在此研磨度下產生的細紛率等資料,另亦提供整體配料時可供利用的研磨度範圍。整體來看因以強度作為評估基準,故皆有偏細的現象。為避免混合煤整體粒度偏細,可採用下限值及不受粒度影響之煤來調整整體粒度。若欲作初步判定理想研磨度範圍,基本上可由流動性及煤內惰性物含量作初步判斷,流動性低且惰性物多者,磨細些應有好處,如PCI煤。

Coke quality can significantly be enhanced by the optimization of size distribution of coal charge. At China Steel, single coal crushing system, in which single coal is prepared for coking by a separate crushing, have been introduced at Phase IV while traditional mixed crushing system are still used at Phase I,II and III. This innovation is strongly expected to bring about improvement of coke quality and power saving. The main purpose of this study is to establish the optimum degree of crushing of each single coal for designing total size distribution of coal blend used at Phase IV. To obtain suitable grinding size of individual coal, an experiment, designed for evaluating the coke strength, was conductedf by 15lb and 500lb coke oven. Based on the result, the ideal degree of crushing of 21 coal brands have been obtained. Those information have been adopted in situ by coal pretreatment system of Phase IV at CSC.
