鑽孔效率對於露天開採之產量與成本之影響評估

在目前之露天採礦作業程序中，炮孔之鑽鑿可說是除了裝載與運輸外影響開採成本與產量最重要之因素之一。鑽孔之效率是取決於鑽機之鑽進速度，而鑽機之鑽進速度卻受到所使用鑽頭對岩石穿透能力與速率之影響至鉅。因此，本文之目的即在於探討改進鑽孔效率，減少鑽孔時間對於產量以及降低生產成本之影響。本文亦將以國外之典型露天金屬礦以及台灣之露天石灰石礦來作為探討鑽頭鑽進速率對於產量及成本影響之例證。

In the current surface mining operation, drilling is considered to be one of the most important factors that affects operating cost and production, besides loading and transportation. The drilling efficiency is highly dependent upon penetration rate and penetration capability of the drill bit to the rock that are being mined. The objectives of this paper are to explore the potential of improving drilling efficiency and reducing drilling time and operating cost of surface mining operation. Two cases, large foreign metal mine and domestic quarry operations, are to be adopted in this paper to demonstrate the influence of drilling rate of the bit to the overall mining efficiency.
