焦化過程火管溫度之變化

Variation of Flue Temperature with Time during the Carbonization Cycle in Coking

摘要


火管溫度是中鋼煉焦爐重要的操作變數。由於煉焦室與加熱室間之熱傳速率係隨著焦化程度而改變,因此加熱火管的溫度亦受到煉焦室内煤料焦化程度所影響。為了提高加熱控制的準確性,本研究探討了焦化過程中爐溫變化的特性。應用時間序列分析建立演算法來評估變動量。分析結果顯示:對於第N號加熱室而言,其溫度在第N及(N-1)號煉焦室加料後均會產生類似拋物曲線的溫度變化,其溫度變化的幅度約70℃,在參考溫度的負30℃至正40℃之範圍裡。在中鋼5/2加料程序之煉焦爐中,不同加熱室、爐團、火管橫向位置、稼動率及爐溫設定值等等因素對於爐溫變化特性並沒有顯著的影響。為了線上加熱控制的目的,研究中亦建立了“焦化曲線”的爐溫修正方程式可應用來消除加料因素所引起的偏差量。

Due to the variable heat transfer rate druing the carbonization cycle, the flue temperature of the heating chamber is influenced by the degree of coal carbonization in the coking oven. The characteristics of temperature variation in the coking process were investigated in this study in order to promote the accuracy of the flue temperature control. An algorithm based on time series analysis was established for the determination of the variation. In analysis of results from both the side and non-side heating chambers for Nos.1 to 6 batteries, it was found that the flue temperature of the N' th heating chamber changed in nearly parabolic function after coal charging into the (N-1)' th or N' th coking oven. The temperature variation druing the entire carbonization cycle is about 70℃, falling by 30℃ then rising by 40℃ from the reference temperature. The effects of heating chambers; flue locations, batteries and working ratio on the characteristic of temperature variation are not obvious in the 5/2 charging sequence of coke oven batteries at China Steel. For the on-line heating control, a coking curve was also established to estimate the effect of coal charging on the flue temperature.
