以對滾剪斷機破碎廢家電之特性研究

摘要


廢家電資源回收再利用除了拆解大部份零件回收外,破碎使各種資源物質單離以分選純化後再利用是一重要的操作程序,由於這些資源物質以塑膠、金屬及木材為質料,傳統以脆性材料為主之壓碎機等礦用機械無法達成此目的,以剪切方式的破碎機將是主要的破碎設備。本研究採用雙軸對滾剪斷機破碎廢家電,探討此破碎機處理廢家電外殼,並求得其中之木材、塑膠、金屬三類資源物質的粉碎粒度分佈和單離程度等特性,以獲得回收有價單離物質之潛力。研究結果顯示,以對滾剪機破碎廢電視機外殼的粉碎產品篩分粒徑分佈符合高汀-舒曼粒徑分佈函數,塑膠、木材與金屬的單離程度對粒徑關係亦與高汀單離模式相近,但結晶粒度模數須經過計算才能獲得。剪斷機粉碎廢家電的各種資源物質平均單離程度:木材95%,金屬69%,塑膠86%,分選以後回收的這類物質都有適當的再利用用途。

In a healthy recycling stream, we take apart the most important parts from waste appliances and recycle them. We also crush them in order to liberate useful materials. Traditionally, crushing machine is used for brittle material such as rocks. While the waste home appliance contained several materials like plastic, wood, and metal, most of them are ductile materials. A twin-cutter was selected to achieve liberation of components of waste home appliance. In this research, the grain size distribution and degree of liberation from the product of waste home appliance by a twin-cutter was studied. When a TV shell was crushed, their grain size distribution and degree of liberation for plastics, metals and wood were experimentally determined. As a result, the grain size distribution conforms to the Gaudin-Schumann distribution and have a very close relation with Gaudin's model. The average degree of liberation is 95% for wood, 69% for metals, and 86% for plastics.
