電透析法對澎湖地區地下半鹹水淡化之研究

Desalination of brackish water in Peng-Hu island by using Electrodialysis

摘要


本報告為研究電透析法(ED)應用於澎湖等離島地區半鹹水淡化之可行性,實驗廠址為赤崁水庫已鹽化水井,使用之ED機組為2段式(two-stages),膜通電面積0.1m^2,膜組數50對/槽,總有效面積5m^2/槽,處理量5m^3/日。經4個月24h長期操做結果,半鹹水TDS 4,000 mg/L,經ED處理後TDS可達150 mg/L,回收率可達90 %,即進流水5m^3/d,清水可達4.5 m^3/d。相較於RO,欲產4.5m^3/d之清水,通常需三倍以上之處理水量,故以ED做半鹹水淡化可減少進水設備、管線,抽水馬達之規模,在設備成本上具競爭性。而在操作成本,以目前研究,用於淡化分離之電量為1.18kwh/m^3-產水量,僅占總用電量10%左右,而循環馬達之耗電量在9.2~9.3kwh/m^3-產口量,過多之馬達熱損失使耗電量提高。而大規模之ED廠將有助於耗電量之降低,耗電過多問題在實廠過程中可獲解決。由現階段實驗結果,ED在澎湖半鹹水脫鹽上有極佳之效果,產水之水質符合適飲性,為值得應用之技術。值得一提的是,對於澎湖而言,以目前供水水質雖然符合自來水標準(TDS 800 mg/L),但若要滿足居民對水品質之需求,則必需要降低水中之含鹽量,以ED淡化技術可提高供水水質至TDS 150 mg/L,並且具有良好之操作穩定性及經濟性,為澎湖居民對下一世紀之水質需求提供一可行之技術。

The electric comsumption of ED was 1.18 kwh/m^3, and moter electicity power was 9.2~9.3 kwh/m^3, The total cost of treatment of ED was 22 NTD/m^3. The result shows ED is a novel technology for treating the brackish water than RO.
