陸上砂石之殘泥與尾砂利用研究

The Study on the Utilization of Residual Mud & Tailings from the Processing of Land Sand and Gravel

摘要


經濟部研擬的「砂石開發供應方案」明訂了台灣地區未來砂石骨材料源將朝多元化供應的方針。陸上砂石將成為未來砂石骨材供應主要來源。根據台灣地區陸上砂石之特性及產狀,殘泥及尾砂含率平均達10%以上,如無適當的處理,將會造成嚴重的環境衝擊。本文主要目的在探討殘泥及尾砂的回收利用方式。殘泥利用方式包括農業、磚窯業、水泥業副料及填方料等利用。當中、北部地區陸上砂石年產量佔該區砂石年總產量之50%時,殘泥之有效利用每年可節省殘泥處理費用及出售殘泥收入利益,相關產品之產值更高達數十億元,並可減少環境污染及充分利用天然資源等無形利益。尾砂主要利用方式包括級配料利用、回收作為細骨材利用、與殘泥摻配燒製紅磚利用、農地改良等,總利用率可達100%以上。

The future supply of aggregate in Taiwan will be from many different sources. Among these sources, the land sand and gravel would be the main source. According to the physical properties and the geological occurrence of land sand and gravel in Taiwan, the mining of land sand and gravel would cause -the problems of the treatment of the large amount of residual mud and tailings. The main objective of the study is to offer the effective methods for resolving the problem of residual mud and tailings. The ultilization of the residual mud and tailings can also prevent the environmental disruption.
