鍍鋅鋼品表面防銹潤滑油之特性評估

An Investigation of Performance of High Lubricity Rust Preventive Oil for Galvanized Steel

摘要


本研究經由所建立鍍鋅鋼品表面油膜加工特性評估法,可預先測知不同油品來源之防銹、潤滑及脫脂等特性。由實驗結果知悉商業化油種MAL及中鋼開發油種T2EB0具有最佳防銹潤滑性,且最適合應用於汽車或高成形性下游產業。另其他日本油種550HN雖然具有較優脫脂性,但防銹潤滑性略差。而R850Z因含有較高游離酸造成防銹、抑銹及潤滑性較低且脫脂性也低,未來藉由基礎研究不斷建立油品配方合成、改質及評估技術,預期可開發較佳油品和防銹潤滑膜以協助鋼鐵公司推廣鍍鋅產品或提昇產品競爭優勢。

Investigation was made by using rust protection, lubrication and degreasing evaluation methods to determine the oil film performance on the galvanized steel. The oil type MAL, and T2EB0 developed by CSC provide the superior rust protection and lubricity, which are most compatible with the application to the deep forming of car parts. The oil type 550HN showed superior degreasing properties instead of suppression of the antirust and lubrication performance. The oil type R850Z with the high content of free acid showed the worst performance. The further study on formulation and evaluation technology of preventive and lubricate oil for various forming purpose will improve the surface properties and increase the competition of galvanized steels.
