摘要


由現場取得EDDQ熱軋板,以探討熱軋組織對冷軋退火後機械性質的影響。熱軋時,不管是否使用邊緣加熱器(Edge heater),鋼料皆有邊緣混晶的現象存在。使用邊緣加熱器可減少混晶區範圍,並降低熱軋板寬度方向機械性質變異。熱軋板混晶組織對冷軋退火板之大部分性質影響不大,而對r_0值有顯著不良的影響。經評估現場熱浸合金化(GA)EDDQ鋼料,顯示距邊30mm r_0值較內部低約0.2。其結果與實驗室模擬結果類似,但程度較輕微。

Mill produced EDDQ hot bands were used to investigate how the hot-rolled structure affected the properties of cold-rolled sheet steels. Mixed grains were observed on the edge of both hot bands with and without the use of edge heater during hot rolling. Use of edge heater can reduce the region of mixed grains and improved the uniformity of mechanical properties along coil width, accordingly. Experimental results show that mixed grains exhibit little effect on most mechanical properties of the cold-rolled steel. However, they deteriorate r_0 value at the edge of cold-rolled steel significantly. Mill produced EDDQ galvannealed steel reveales that r_0 value at the distance of 30 mm from the edge is about 0.2 lower than that in the middle position. This result is similar to that of laboratory result, but less significant.
