摘要


設備腐蝕破損成因診斷之重要性已廣為人知,且已經有許多破裂機構在期刊及專業書籍中被提出。儘管如此,如何從實際現場複雜的設備破損案例,有系統並迅速地找出最正確的破壞機構,配合可行且經濟之改善方法,則有賴長期的經驗累積,此為本文的主要重點。藉由二號高爐上升管伸縮接頭破壞分析研究及連續退火線輻射管損壞成因分析兩個案例,實際介紹破損分析之方法,以做為未來現場同仁初步研判設備狀況之參考。

The importance of failure analysis of plant equipment was well known. While many fracture mechanisms were published in journals and specialty books, due to the complicated parameters operated in the practical worksite, it was difficult to quickly obtain the right fracture mechanisms and economical amendment method in a short time. Therefore, the accumulation of long-term failure analysis experience was the key point to solve the field problems. According to two case studies about the up-takes bellow and the radiation tube, the practical failure analysis method was offered to operators for reference to equipment failure judgment.
