碳化矽磨石的資源再生研究

Recycling of Waste Grinding Stone

摘要


碳化矽磨石是一種常用的材料表面處理研磨劑,廣用於石材表面研磨與拋光、瓷磚表面研磨,與錄影機磁頭的研磨與拋光,是一種經濟、方便、容易使用的人造材料。但因為磨石廢料不易處理,常被拋棄於野外,造成環境的髒亂與衝擊,因此如何設計簡易的回收處理系統,將剩餘磨石中的碳化矽磨料再生利用,便成為十分重要的課題。本研究使用暴露模式,來推算剩餘磨石的品位變化,據以評估粉碎與磨礦的效率。碳化矽磨石廢料,以顎式碎礦機、球磨機與離心式研磨機加以粉碎和研磨,可以提高平均單離率與平均品位。透過簡單的粉碎、研磨過程,即可降低廢棄物對於環境的破壞與衝擊,並回收、再利用碳化矽磨料,是一舉數得的資源再生範例。

Grinding stone made by SiC abrasives is a popular surface finishing material. It is always applied in the grinding and polishing of stone, ceramic tile and the magnetic head of a recorder. The waste grinding stone of stone industry is difficult to dispose of, thus resulting in discarding outdoors and impacting the environment. Due to this fact, designing a simple recycling process for reusing the SiC abrasives becomes a significant challenge. In this work, the exposure model was used to evaluate the variation of grade in waste grinding stone and the efficiency of the comminution and grinding procedures. After comminuting and grinding with a jaw crusher and a ball mill, the waste grinding stone was improved in the degree of liberation and the average grade. Recycling of waste grinding stone is worth y and feasible for saving SiC abrasives, assuring environment protection.
