使用高解析度衛星影像於公路邊坡破壞監視系統之建立

Establishment of Monitoring System for Slope Failure of the Highway by Using High Resolution Satellite Imagery

摘要


本研究以南部國道邊坡為研究對象,主要目的在於探討使用何種遙測方法以及在什麼樣的情況下,能快速且正確的監視高速公路不同保護工程處理之邊坡現地狀況,因此使用目前全球最高解析度之商業衛星QuickBird衛星影像與IKONOS衛星影像來進行監視不同保護工程處理之邊坡。QuickBird之多光譜態影像雖富有較高色彩資訊的空間解析度,但研究結果顯示仍然未能達到監視所需之空間解析度,因此本研究將具較高空間解析度的全色態影像與富有色彩資訊但空間解析度較差的多光譜影像進行各種影像融合(Image Fusion),使用四種不同方法將其融合成同時富有色彩資訊且達到全色態影像空間解析度的融合影像。融合成果與航空影像以及現場調查結果進行比對,探討高解析度衛星影像經影像融合後使用於監視不同保護工程處理邊坡之應用性。

This study tried to monitor the condition of the protection treatment on the slopes along the freeway of Taiwan by the commercial high resolution satellite images. QuickBird and IKONOS imageries, which own the best spatial resolution among the present commercial satellite image systems, were used in this study. Although their multispectral images have rich spectral information, but the result shows that spatial resolution of those images didn't reach the requirement of our objection. Therefore, panchromatic and multispectral images were merged in order to produce the fusion images with spectral characteristics of multispectral images and the spatial information of panchromatic images. Four image fusion methods were studied to try to find the best result.
