南台灣軟岩地區公路護坡工程穩定性調查分析

Stabilization Analysis of Slope Protection Engineering at Soft Rock Region in Southern Taiwan

摘要


南台灣軟岩區地形地勢陡急,地質構造脆弱,岩性多元複雜,降雨強度集中,致使區域內之公路邊坡,每遇颱風暴雨,即造成嚴重道路邊坡崩塌滑落、道路路基流失滑移破壞,危及行車安全至鉅。故本研究引用GPS/GIS/RS技術,分別對南部國道三號(九如至梅山段)及國道十號(旗山至左營段)二公路所經各區段邊坡之災害特性、受損誘因及其地質特徵,進行其邊坡災害環境基本資料彙整、災害分佈區域與公路沿線土地利用調查,以GIS分別作不同類型軟岩邊坡岩性、災害實況、屬性與圖層資料之整合建檔及統計分析,據以完成南部國道3號與10號高速公路邊坡之環境災害資料庫系統,俾期提供相關單位作為從事該二公路之維護管理與護坡工程規劃設計之重要參考依據。

The Freeway that runs through the soft rock rigion in southern Taiwan became an important issue. Many problems regarding to the stabilization of slope protection facilities along the NO.3&10freeway were induced by weak geological formation and uneven distribution of rainfall intensity. Slope failures along these two freeways in southern Taiwan can seriously damage public facilities and traffic systems through the freeway itself. This study was focused on investigating the detrimental characteristics of slope protection structures and the sliding sites located by using global positioning systems (GPS) integrated with geographic information systems (GIS) and remote sensing (RS). Data related to the slope failures were collected from field investigations and analyzed by using GIS technology combined with statistic analysis. All results can be presented as a GIS/RS map layers and expected to make an optimized decision on designing and planning of slope protection structures along the NO.3 and NO.10 freeway running through the soft rock region in southern Taiwan.
