摘要


爲提高鑽井作業效率,降低工程風險與成本,頂驅鑽井系統不斷應用於鑽井,成爲高難度鑽井的主力設備;它具有傳統式旋轉鑽井所沒有的特點,較傳統式旋轉鑽井提供最大的安全與便捷。使用頂驅鑽井系統時,務必充分瞭解本設備的特性與操作;應用在條件困難的鑽井作業,起下鑽依需要可隨時旋轉鑽桿,並繼續循環泥漿修洗井孔,減少卡鑽的危險。本文著重於頂驅鑽井系統操作以及在兩口鑽井困難的深井之應用實例,展現其優越功能,克服高溫高壓之惡劣地質條件,順利鑽達目標深度。

In order to raise the efficiency and decrease risk and cost in drilling work, top-driven drilling system is applied constantly in drilling operation, also it becomes a main equipment for highly difficult drill well. It owns the special character which it supplies the maximum safety and convenience what the traditional rotary drill does not have. The operators should realize the features and operation of top-driven drilling system before using it. It is applied in the difficult condition drilling work, it can rotate the drill pipe and circulate the hole when tripping out and in, also it can be back and forward reaming and pull the drill string through the tight spots, reducing the incidence of stuck pipe. The article introduces the top-driven drilling system's operation and application which it was used in two deep drilling difficult wells, its innovative benefits conquered the drilling difficulty in high temperature and pressure occurred in worst geology conditions, and drilling got to the target smoothly.
